Q: 5. What is the guarantee of our products and how about the returns?
A: 1) 12 months warranty, low-value consumption goods is not within the scope of the warranty;
2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human;
3) Please send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repair them or send you new free;
4) If there are only several pieces accessory(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, please send us some pictur es and videos about the detail problem.
